Alison Maria Krauss, born on July 23, 1971, is an American musician and singer. Her age was just teen when she made her debut in the music scene winning local competitions at the age of 10 of age and recording her first album at the age of fourteen years of age. When she was 14, she joined Rounder Records and in 1987 she released her first solo album. She joined the group with which she continues to perform, Alison Krauss Union Station. The group released their debut album in 1989.
