Sharp is a Rochester native, who was educated in clarinet at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp also played piano as well as cello. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre Sharp applied for The Boston Conservatory. Following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp began her journey to the stage. She played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as debuted Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the comedy that was interactive, Eat the Runt, she played eight characters. Sharp is also a part of Abyssinia and Aida and also Thunder Knockin Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a read of August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp's talents are not restricted to screen or stage. She has also written and co-written several projects. Sharp is currently working on her first full-length studio album. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who loves to box and study Krav Maga. When not being in front or behind of the camera, or capturing music in a studio her hobbies include long journeys, playing piano, or hiking. Sharp has a family home in Los Angeles.
